Alternatively, fresh organic food tastes better and contains more vitamins and minerals, which help the body function efficiently(Circadian Rhythm). Healthy, happy relationships also have a positive effect.

How many doctors ask you about your diet, exercise and lifestyle? Only a few before they prescribe medication manufactured in a laboratory. Before taking medication, always ask about the side effects and read the enclosed information leaflet. Is there a natural alternative solution?


Funding

Always look at who pays for the training of the professionals you consult and any reports on food or medication you consume, as there may be bias. Never take anything at face value; history tells us that experts make mistakes. Make sure you're not one of them!

A general doctor is not an expert in heart health and would likely refer you to a specialist cardiologist. Likewise, a Physiotherapist will be better at dealing with muscular injuries.
